Refund policy
All sales are final strict return policy.
We accept returns for exchange only. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will no longer be able to accept your request.
Items must be returned in perfect, unworn condition in the original packaging. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of the return/exchange initiation.
We cover the cost of shipping your original order to you. However, if you wish to exchange an item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning it to us.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit. Once we receive and approve your return, a new outfit in your chosen size or color will be shipped out to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5 business days for your exchange to be shipped.
Please double check that you selected the correct items you want to purchase and all shipping and billing information is correct before placing your order. We cannot make any updates to your order once tracking has been generated.
We don't offer refunds for the untouchable child of God face & body cream unless item is faulty or arrives damaged we will exchange your cream.

If your return is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact confirmationEmailthankyou@gmail.com team immediately with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. During times of high order volume we are unable to cancel or edit orders. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent a new order.
