Each hoodie is produced in limited quantities to maintain the value of the garment and to protect our design from duplication.
We accept returns for exchange only. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will no longer be able to accept your request.
Items must be returned in perfect, unworn, unwashed, and completely unaltered condition in the original packaging with all tags attached. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of the return/exchange initiation.
Any item showing signs of tampering including seam opening, cutting, stretching, internal exposure, or structural modification will be automatically rejected for exchange or replacement, as this compromises the integrity of our proprietary design.
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost. To qualify, the item must remain unused, unaltered, and match the issue shown in the photos submitted during your claim. Items that show any tampering or structural opening will not be eligible under any circumstance.
We cover the cost of shipping your original order to you. However, if you wish to exchange an item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning it to us.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured service for all return packages, as we cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Once we receive and approve your return, a new outfit in your chosen size or color will be shipped out to you. After your item is received and inspected, please allow up to 5 business days for your exchange to ship.
Please double check that you selected the correct items you want to purchase and confirm that all shipping and billing information is correct before placing your order. We cannot make any updates to your order once tracking has been generated.
